I have a 55 Gallon with 100 Gallons worth of filtration. I want to get an Oscar but i have 2 JD's already. Would this be alright?

Unfortunately 55 gallons is not enough space for an adult Oscar, plus a couple of Jack Dempsey's. Even though you have quite a lot of filtration, there just isn't enough space in itself. Even if you don't experience water quality problems, you might increase the chance of aggression.

Oscars can live for a very long time, it really is fair to give them as much space as possible without cramping them up with tank mates if you haven't got a big tank

Thats pretty much what I was going to just say. OFL got to it before I did

x2 i have one oscar and one common pleaco in my tank of 100g mine small now but i know they will grow and be ok

i have a tank 72"x30"x24" but i feel it is getting smaller every day....
i fully concur with OFL.... for a happy fish keeping, you need to
consider space and filtration..... always think big...
