pls help i am getting a internal fillter, but look how can i change this to work better, under each pad i do have bio rings,, sorry havent got a good camera , it starts akay at the beginning of the tube but at the end just tricles out, not happy with it can i just have one basket and take tube away as i will be adding an internal filter grrrrrrrrr lol xx xx

based on the video, it is just an standard overhead filter.
i am sure the pump had a branch discharge wherein 50% of the
water is being discharge directly in the tank, not in the
filtering box. try to plug it to make all water passes in the
box and you will be surprised, it will give you better result.

i dont know what you mean , lol xx i have a pump with a tube that goes stairght into the hood, i dont have a branch xx

Are you sure there's no air trapped in the motor house?
I had to suck on the outflow tube several times to get my flow back.
Plus i had loss of flow when my tubings were clogged with dirt. That was the only thing i never cleaned, and after flushing those tubes with water the flow was normal again.

this is my other filter and it is similar to your filter. however,
i had remove the spray tube.

no the pump is right at the top near the hood one plasic tube concets, and water goes through the pipe

Did you have a good flow before, or has it been allways trickling like this?
900Liters per hour looks a lot different.
Did you check the motor for any trapped air?

it has allways been like this , brought it new 3months ago that is the tank plus filter as one unit,

how high is your point of discharge?
Does the pump have to pump the water upwards over a long distance?
if so, this will result in a loss of flow.

pump is close to the sufuce, doesnt have much distant to pump, when i take it off the tube its fast flowing, just seems slow when threw the tube, xxx

Nothing in the tube that blocks the flow?
