No, a 200 L aquarium is not big enough for two Oscars, it is big enough for just one adult Oscar.

If your Oscar has stopped growing at 4/5 inches then the chances are its growth has been stunted. How old is the fish?

If it is only four or five month old then you are on track with its growth rates and it is still a juvenile. It won't become sexually mature until it's at least a year old, normally a little older than this. By this time, if it has been kept in the correct environment it should be at least nine or 10 inches

changing tanks now is about the best you will do for your fish. dont forget the new tank will need to be cycled.

there is never any sure way to know how big your fish will grow. anything from 8 to 15inch is possible in a tank thats well kept and the fish is fed correctly.
