Your best bet is to get on eBay or craigslist, you should find what you're looking for there

they are an off brand... I have never used one but I know several people who have them and seem happy!

Jebo make very good heaters, but I've never used any of the filters

OK thanks a lot. They seem to be priced a lot lower than the Fluval for instance so I'm kinda leery. I'll do some research.
