whats the difference? apart from colour of course.
do they grow the same size, have same temprament, im tempted to get a electric blue jack dempsey but just want to know if their the same as the normal jack dempsey.
2 Tiger Oscars, 1 Lutino Oscar, 1 Jack Dempsey, 3 Clown Loaches, 1 Blue Phantom Pleco.

electric blues as a general rule dont live over 3 years old !!!!!!!!!i have known lots of keepers and breeders that have had large numbers of EBJD,s and only about 5% live over 3 years......and they dont know why...my advice is get a JD and leave the EBJD,s alone

not to mention it'll coast ya at least 10 times the amount of a normal jd. although, they are very beautiful fish.
