I found this picture on the U.S. Geological Survey's website. Apparently Red Devils have become established in Hawaii and Puerto Rico. This one's a monster!

That is a stunning looking fish, I wouldn't mind that in my tank. Wonder what it tastes like?

How awesome it that. Beautiful! Now, I have a question I purchased a red devil (he/she is young) and it isn't a brilliant red or orange. Will this change as he gets older ?

Im almost certain hes colors will change with age most fish get better looking as they mature,

Depends. Some are breed to be light colored.
