So a few days ago I was laying in bed reading when I look at my tank and see my GT doing loops around a branch in the log in his tank. The branch goes from the log in the center of the tank to the glass in the back so it's like a pull up bar or something. He does this several time a day now! He seems to really enjoy himself doing it. He swims straight at it, dives down and goes completely upside down and around and repeats this 2-3 times in a row! I'm hoping to catch this with my video cam.
Do any of your fish do any cool tricks? Please post them here.

My GT is actively beating the s%*t out of mt other GT! Does that count?

Seriously, my Oscars often swim into a roll and go through the bubbles upside down! It is cute to watch.

I am trying everyday, onlything is everytime I get close to the tank they all come to see me so... One day soon I hope!

I know I sound like a party pooper for saying this but for whatever reason fish do these things, I'm afraid they do not do it for enjoyment. They still have very primitive brains so I imagine a lot of these strange antics are actually related to them being kept in small environments.

Years ago i had a jewel cichlid and he used to swim back and forth through the air bubbler

lol my dragon fish tried to eat my air bubbler once, it had the stone wedged in its bigass mouth and i had to help it remove it lol. quite amusing.
