lol noddy my female convict, the pretty one, when in a tank completely by itself, with nothing else in the tank but gravel, it dug pits twice its length in the gravel, remarkably similar to what was in that video. but any other time they would just pick the biggest rock or something hard to lay on in my tanks. if there was a flowerpot in the tank, 97 times out of 100 it would be the flowerpot they layed in. ive seen them lay in gravel, on gravel, in plants, on pots, rocks, fake wood, they really arent picky those convicts. im convinced if you just put them in a empletly empty glass box with water in it, they would just lay eggs on the glass anyways just to spite you.
by the way, lol the planet earth series was on the discovery channel, it was international, not just uk, i saw that myself. 9.9 out of 10 id rate it. i love shows like that.
