Thanks Jamie. That JD is a bit of my "prized specimen". He has been much more active since I put the RD in the tank with him (colors stand out a bit more too. I had them seperated for about a week with a divider, but during a waterchange the RD managed to get on the JDs side. They the normal aggressive stuff at first, but soon settled in. The RD seemed very aggressive and was getting a large hump (KOK) head, but has since calmed down and has shown a lot of respect for the JD. I didn't think they would be able to live together, but are doing very well so far. I will keep a close eye on them down the road as the RD grows bigger and if need be will move them.
When my Oscars get big, then they should compete for the "prized specimen" title.
