ive decided that i really what one
and have been reading about them for a while
seen different stuff on them
ppl saying keeping them in a 125 is ok
others saying you need no less than 200 gallon set up
i no for a fact a 125 would not be big enough
and im thinking that a 200 may still not be big enough?
if any one has any advice can you please let me no
my stock will be as followed
1 oscar
1 fire eel
2 severums
and the peacock bass
i figured this would be a good enough reason to upgrade from my 135 tank haha
i was thinking somewere in 300 gallon range

the size of the tank would be in relation to the size of pbass your thinking of getting. there are a few (15) different subspecies of pbass that range in size from 18 inches to 40 inches in length. obviously the grown size of the pbass and your current stock will determine the tank size you will need
Warning..I will offend you at some point!!!

my goal is simple a complete understanding of the universe, why it is as it is and why it exists at all

a 300g could house some orinos, azul, kelberi, or nigromaculata, hard part is finding them for sale.

The funny thing about this thread is... I posted this pic thinking it would be funny to show how big these things get... but now this guy in the pic is a member now. what are the odds.
