I've seen some good sized ones around the 8" mark, the interesting thing about them is they're schooling, so they like being in groups of 3 or more.

3 PB bass & 2 Oscars & an arowana plus a big cat is overpopulated for even a 200GL tank. I recommend tempering your expectations a wee bit, 'cause even if you get them small, they will get big QUICK, especially the PB bass, & fish that big are hard to get rid of @ an LFS. Also, the amount of dissolved solids that will be produced by these fish will quickly overwhelm all but the biggest, most efficent filters, & you will have to be willing to do a tremendous amount of WC's just to maintain pristine water quality, which PB bass & Oscars demand.

THOSE WHO REFUSE KNOWLEDGE ARE DOOMED TO FAIL.

WATER CHANGES ARE THE LIFEBLOOD OF THIS HOBBY. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE SO OR SIMPLY DON'T FEEL LIKE DOING THEM, RE-HOME YOUR FISH, SELL YOUR AQUARIUM & FIND ANOTHER HOBBY, AS YOU WILL FAIL UTTERLY, COMPLETELY, & MISERABLY.

For a 200g tank, you could maybe get away with a single PB a single oscar and a single aro, before you'd be putting too much demand on the bio filter.
