Can anybody identify this?

Not sure, looks a bit moth-eaten they may have lost some colour which doesn't make it easy when you're looking through a book. I'm sure somebody will know

Looks like some labyrinth fish to me. So I checked quickly among those, my guess would be Belontia something or a close relative from the pics I've seen. The tail fin is normal like that. Personally no clue, maybe if nobody here knows, they could tell you in some Anabantoids forum.

Ive 2 of them both around 4-5inch
