I know snakeheads are illegal in the US.

Are they legal in the UK?

I would imagine it would be dead on arrival and seriously doubt it would get through customs.Certain speacies are available in some states in the US and they are still leagal in canada.Be cautious some of these things grow upto 4ft in length and become really nasty.Apart from that they are awsome fish i have channa lucius (forrest snakehead/splendid snakehead) these top out at 16inch and like all snakeheads eat everything in there path.If you go to www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/ in there forum they will have more info on the different speacies and leagality of snakeheads in the US.Good luck.
