Ok my brother gave me this fish which was too mean for his tanks so he put it in with my Oscars and well oddly enough the fish even though it is small enough to be eaten he just is left alone... but its cool looking which has me odded out on what this fish is really called my brother said its a tiger striped bala i cant seem to find any web pics of it at all I just want to make sure that he is what he is....

no a clown has larger stripes on it i used to have one with my oscars but it died on me twice then change in filter and i just never got a new one but have added others with great success

but colors scheme could change thru cross breeding.
the same way this is the first time i've seen an
oscar that look like had been soaked to a gallon of
white paint.
