Cryptoheros panamense "Rosy Cichlid" are available on Wet Spot's site, $7 for 1.25"

They are beautiful and yes Frank is the devil.

Wasn't even aware of this fish, but now I am! Will definitely consider it. You have gotten fish from Wespot I guess. That is in Portland?

Yes I would say that their fish were the best condition of any fish I have ordered from anyone. Packaging was spot on. I wouldnt hesitate to order from them again

Great to know. I have just sent them an inquiry email about shipping Cryptoheros to Philly. I like your idea of a tank with a couple or three different kinds of males. Not sure I really want to get into breeding them, although to be sure the breeding colors of these fish are really intense. But then I would have to deal with the fry! And I got enough tanks as it is. As I told my wife that I was going to switch out my 37 gallon with a larger tank so I can get some new fish, I could see the wheels inside her head turn as she had a minor implosion of worry about my sanity!

Im 2.5hrs away from Wet Spot and usually stop in twice a year. I have also ordered from them twice with no issues, which have included an expensive puffer. They are great.

Heard back from Wetspot, they are out of the Sajikas, but do have the following Cryptohereos priced between 5 and 10$ each all unsexed juvies

Cryptoheros sp. "Honduran Red Point" .75-1"
Cryptoheros nanoluteus "Gold Convict Cichlid" 1"+
Cryptoheros panamense "Rosy Cichlid" 1.25"
Cryptoheros septemfasciatum 1.5"

Thinking maybe a HRP and a couple of the Rosy cichlids. Any thoughts about this? Would be going into at least a 40 breeder (which are actually 45 gallons).

They also have a 1" black nasty for 5 buck!, not this time around, but maybe by the summer.

Yes I reallly really want and like black nasty..but well they are nasty

If it were me i would try one of each nanolute, hrp, and pan. The difficulty would be getting all males.... you would probably have to grow a few out which would increase the chances of you having a female or two. Mhh
Rapps may have sajica
