Hi,
A friend of mine got the oppoptunity to get a Dwarf-Puffer fish for free!
It went into her community tank, with swordtails, angelfish and stuff like that.
I told her I was affraid the puffer would not be nice to those other fish.
Meanwhile I joined a Puffer forum and got as much info as I could.
Last week she calls me on the phone and says "either you have this nasty fish or I'm gonna flush him!
The lil guy managed to deform all angelfish and kept trying to eat them, and the rest of the fish.
As I saw this coming, and my guppie-breeding tank was still running, I took the guppies out in their old breedertank.
Same day the neighbour comes and complain about the snail manifestation in her tank and bring over a nice bowl of floating plants filled with snails.
First time i went to the LFS I fell in love with Puffers, but the owner says it'd be a hard fish to start with,and convinced me not to.
Now I got some years of expierience and finally got my lil Puffer.
