Herichthys bartoni

i am looking for help in getting some info on these fish and i can't seem to find much on them, adult size, diet, envoirment,temperment
any help would be great!

thanks nickie!!i was hoping they were black and white like that all the time but it seems they are only that way during breeding would be awsome if they were that way all the time

that would be cool. if you have a large setup, a good fish is the peacock bass. they are large captivating carnivore closely related to oscars and very friendly with them as well. depending on were you live the are availible at specialty pet stores, or on mail order ar petsolutions.com.

dont those get massive????? the ones i see on tv would never fit in my tank lol
