Wondering if anyone had any experience with plant selection for a backyard pond. The spot i put the pond only recieves about an hour of direct sunlight per day. Any ideas what types of plants may do good with limited direct sunlight?
I have no idea why the water bill is so high

i had a pond many yrs ago with a number of plants. its about the only time i have ever done any good with plants cos anything I plant dies. ) i can't remember the names of any of them so not much use to you, but even though you get little direct light may not be the end of the world. even shaded light outside can give enough for plant growth.

what type of plants is in your mind? plants that grows away from the water?
or plants that are partially submerge in water? or plants that are floating above
the water. this plants could grows at the soil at the rim of the ponds, or
partially submerges in the pond itself.
