I now have enough money to get a 6 2 2 foot tank. I know ive been threading alot of strange fish fish that some of you have never heard of but in australia these fish are quite common.

Does anyone no any information about sleepy cod, tanksize ect

Im tossinq up between a saratoga, sleepy cod, murray cod or 4 or 5 oscars.

Thanks for any info

A 6' x 2' x 2' is big enough for a couple of oscars and maybe two or three tank mate if you've got really good filtration. Never heard of sleepy cod but if you are referring to the same Murray Cod that is native to Australia then you are talking about fish that get extremely large, far too big for a six-foot tank.

Ok
Im getting a 6x2x2 with saratoga and sleepy cod, they get on really well as ive read in the aussie native forumns. unfortunately its two months till i can get the tank, more expensive then i thought, and then it will take ages to cycle it. so my aim is by next school holidays i will have it up and running with fish inside.
