Anubix created the topic: Woodworker Handygirl

So, when I'm not trying to save my Oscar from the havoc I caused by not keeping up with his regular water changes, I like to work on wood. I have a small lathe I used to make pens. I also have every other power tool needed for woodworking, table and hand saws, drill press, scroll saw, grinder, sanders, etc. blah blah.

I also like to fix stuff around the house; although, I can't do as much as I would want because we're leasing.

Finally, last year I made a somewhat successful attempt at growing veggies in a small raised veggie garden bed located in the atrium inside the house. It's an open space (three walls, no roof), between the kitchen and the dining room.

I looove to ride my bike and I wished it wasn't so cold today so I can take off for a while. But it's freaking cold outside... And it's March!!! And it's Florida, US!!!! I know... Call me a whiner.... :P

Stop messing around w/ the tools & change that water!!!

THOSE WHO REFUSE KNOWLEDGE ARE DOOMED TO FAIL.

WATER CHANGES ARE THE LIFEBLOOD OF THIS HOBBY. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE SO OR SIMPLY DON'T FEEL LIKE DOING THEM, RE-HOME YOUR FISH, SELL YOUR AQUARIUM & FIND ANOTHER HOBBY, AS YOU WILL FAIL UTTERLY, COMPLETELY, & MISERABLY.
