Ok so kill me I took a day off from my favorite forum! This is why...

1966 Chevy half ton.. I love this truck. It runs GREAT but has no brakes.(lets just say getting it on the trailer was fun) It need a little body work and paint. I have decided that I want it painted forest green... Any other Ideas??

Yes it is and now we own 6 of these from 1953 through 1986. I love them!!!

6 of it???? how i wish my wife had a sentiment like you. i had
restored a 1978 beetle (Volkswagen), and a 1985 mitsubishe box
type, but she wants a new model car. we ended up getting 2008
toyota innova last year. because of my frustration, i got my
own motorbike which i ride whenever i want to go to countryside.

When it comes to these trucks I am as bad as my husband. I had 2 before I met him. I can;t say no. When we went to look at this truck this morning we were going to buy it cheap and resell it, By noon it was my truck and it's not going anywhere... LOL.

I understand about needing a newer model vehicle, we have a van that is new.. for long trips.

your trucks are awesome !!!!!!!! i build cars to ..but japaneese race machines ....so i can see a vehicle completely finnished from the pics before its begun !!!!!!!!! well done girl !!!!!!!! i would have that old chevy off you tho...
