hmm.. ill go directly to my question... i Accidentally expose the eggs in the air for a few seconds... more or less 10 seconds... is it ok?

Don't worry about it, Oscar breeders often remove the eggs from the tank to hatch them artificially which means they have to be removed from the tank. As has already been said, as long as they aren't out of the water for too long, you don't have anything to worry about.

exposing eggs to air in short span of time
will not harm your eggs. the problem lies when
you remove the eggs while not yet fertilized,
it won't hatch at all.

i assumed you remove the eggs sometimes after laying,
which means they had been fertilized.
