Lol I'm sure they get fed 4 or 5 times a day mostly a earth worm or two but I also feed them trout chow which is just crushed up worms n bugs in a little pellet. And when they let it hit the ground I stop feeding them. The white one never eats more than one worm and sometimes won't do that. He/she eats a few pellets of chow every once in a while but not 1/4 of what the tiger eats. Just strange eating patterns. Last few Oscars I've had would share food. There's a pleco and a big gold fish that eat up the stuff on the bottom so it doesn't get too dirty.

I would actually look into getting them onto some kind of cichlid pellet. Hakari gold is pretty much the staple people use around here for feeding their O's. Earthworms are fine, but should be used more like a treat than a staple.

As for the trout pellets, I have no idea what those are, but I'm sure the hakari will be better balanced for the fish.

trout chow there's a link for exactly what it is. They seem to like it. But I guess the only thing to do is try a new food I'm open to suggestions from anyone.

the trout chow looks like an ok food, but maybe go half with that and something like hikari gold or hikari bio gold. Ocean also makes a good cichlid staple, as does new life spectrum.

Figured I'd give you guys an update: bought some hikari gold medium sized floating pellets. MY ALBINO LOVES THEM! Idk what it is but the albino eats them all up while the tiger will take them in its mouth but spit it back out. Just glad I found something he/she likes. Thanks guys
