How does one get a breeding pair ???

Yeah generally they won't get much for them though. I mean I could ask my LFS to let me know when they get their next large rescue Oscar in and have one in short order. People get rid of Oscars to pet shops all the time cuz they can't take care of them, or they have HITH or whatever

Thats interesting I didnt know they could do that for people. I should have dont that for my first oscar i had to get him a tankmate.

When it come's to getting a breeding pair Ill go out and get 6 and a bigger tank most ill do for a bigger tank is a 300 gallon tank considering i know i can hold allot more than just a few oscars . The upside about a bigger tank it gives the fish plenty of room to swim and get along just fine.

What does a full grwn oscar thats 17 inches go for anyway ???

if you are just near to me, you can have my pair who always lay eggs
at $10 each.... that 14 inches and 12 inches big...LOL!

Big trade in Oscars at my lfs are 10 to 15 bucks... some are sick some are not but price is same for all what ever they decide to make it that week

Deffinatley wouldnt mind buying those but Im in South Carolina All id have to do with those two is find a male.

but sometimes, a breeding pair will stop laying eggs and make the owner
wonder why or what happened.....
