Update 3-6-13
Parents are doing well, they seem to no longer hate me. I'm still battling them over food, they are used to freeze dried shrimp, frozen fresh and live. I have caved and started giving them freeze dried shrimp because I don't want them to eat the fry. Here is a video of them and the fry which are a bit over two weeks old.

We have ONE fry left from the first batch I call him Uno the Higlander, out of the 8 fry I removed from the main tank while the second batch were cooking he is the sole survivor... He killed and or ate the others. They had plenty of food not to mention the little white micro worms that transplanted from the main tank with them. For the record I saw him eat the last one lol here is a little video of him, quite the looker.

Thank you :) after much debating and deliberating we've decided to keep them and let nature take it's course on the breeding and raising of fry. I'm working on the 125 off and on today, I've been sick the last two weeks so haven't made any progress on it, trying to figure out how to not kill the fry after I move the parents we only have one filter running on the 72 gallon, I tryed two for a while but my god to much current. any suggestions on how to get a second filter cycled ASAP so we can move the parents before the fry get to be tasty temptations?

Cool vids, I've set up a fry tank and don't move the parents. To remove the fry I used the vac siphon while they were wrigglers so it's easier to catch them.

yah that's how I moved the fry, unfortunately one of the fry ate all his siblings and now he's a solo artist lol and growing like a weed, the second batch are hale and healthy growing much faster than the first batch I'm procrastinating posting update vids mainly cause I can't make up my mind where to put them, here or on the pics and video forum hehe.
