My only Female Oscar is blind... is their a chance that she'll lay eggs?

my No.1 problem is she cant find a pair cause everytime the male do his mating thing She backs out...

I very much doubt a blind Oscar would be successful at breeding. Their eyesight is absolutely paramount as they use it for removing bad eggs, protecting the Fry, and various other tasks that require eyesight. In the wild, a blind fish would not survive.

How do you know it's blind?

this is a blind oscar. your fishes eyes arent nearly that cloudy. are you sure its blind? i would bet it has atleast some degree of vision.

if shes not blind? why wont she pair with my other o? she always swims back when they try to kiss... sometimes she just open her mouth wide and stay...

does size matters? cause shes smaller but older than the other o...

does color matters too? cause shes albino and anyone else are plain tiger o....

its possible you have two fish of the same sex. just because you have 2 fish doesnt mean they will breed even if they are opposite sex. maybe it just doesnt like the other fish's style lol. girls are picky like that lol.
