Are you sure its an oscar and not some other fish that you didnt know you had

If it is an oscar then you will have to rehome one soon or you will end up with poor water quality and sick fish

I can't get no sleep

I thought it was a fish-version re-enactment of Abbot & Costello's "Who's on First"

okey Penn, i lost, you win... i miscalculate the line in your posting.
now you have two baby oscars in your tank. you can enjoy their presence
while still young and small...but as they grew up, your 55 gal will become
obsolete ans small for them

ha ha ha... i have the same line of thinking at first.... then i realized
this guy used to have a load of fishes in his tank... then seeing his oscar
alone in that 55 gal tank make him feel that his tank is so huge for a baby oscar.

isn't it the way you think about this post????

hey Penn... how much is your bet?

A 1/2 inch Oscar fry? I find this to be unlikey. Are you sure it isnt a convict fry that you missed? Regardless of what it is I wanna see some pics :) I love finding little surprises, lol.

The only way to stop them from breeding is separating the males from females.
