Is possible find here pic about how to sex the adult oscars?

I got now 3 ones about 12" size and would love to know if there is at least a pair there...

As for your question, i'm not really sure if there is a way to tell the difference between males and females. I was wondering that myself but forgot to ask...don't worry, i'm sure someone will respond and let you know. And don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have. That is why we are all here!

To answer your question, with out undue stress to the fish, no there is no way to know. At some point they will do one of several things,

2 Males, will fight endlessly.. and possibly to the death
a Male and Female will lay and fertilize eggs.
2 females may also lay eggs but they will never be fertilized!

How big is your tank?

No matter what I will tell you a breeding pair can get VERY nasty. You should probably think about what you will do with the 3rd Oscar if and when bulling starts.

Well you don't have to get another tank, there is always the unthinkable option of rehoming one!!

venting is one way but it will be very stressful to the fishes. moreover4,
it is not 100% fool proof... thus it is not practical to do at all.

if by any chance, you are moving the fishes, you can hold them for a while
and look for the markings near the anus...there is a circle the looks like
an oo for a male and an Oo for a female...but as a i have said, this is not
fool proof and one must be experienced enough to see the size difference.
