thats nice. I have had several oscars over the last few years. My two favorites died last year during the ice storm. We had no electricity for seven days and they froze to death. I waited awhile before purchasing another one, but I have never been able to tell male and females apart. How do you? I have never had the pleasure of having babies. I had a convict tank for two years, and they rapidly reproduced.lol I think I supplied the whole family with enough convicts to start tanks. They all still have convicts in their tanks, but I returned to my first love the oscar. So , how do i know if i have a male or female and how do you know if they are going to have babies? My oscar has moved all the rocks this week and is laying in a bed sort of that he has created. I say he, but I dont know really. Do you know why they move the rocks , and make it look like a bed for themselves. any help is appreciated.
