you may have noticed necromancer has oscar eggs, this got me thinking about how many people have had real success with there eggs. i have been around this site a few yrs and don't recall too many. so lets have a count up. how many of you guys have seen a baby oscar come from the eggs.

i havnt but i remember afew months ago paul (could be wrong but sure it was paul) had eggs and thought they had all been eaten but found one hiding around his filter he called survivor, not sure what happened to it in the end tho.

yeah, you are right matt, i had that pair who regularly spawned. unfortunately,
i am not interested in raising fingerlings, thus i let my angel fish take all
the wigglers... luckily before i lost that white pairs, i was able to have
one offspring...SURVIVOR that you can see in my signature. here are eggs in
few different spawnings:

a single fish so far. Oscars are not that hard to breed or maybe we, I am wrong. i once had a pair but the large male died about 2yr ago. I don't have to much interest in breeding but a lot of members do. come on guys there must be some success

wow i must av a better memmory than i thought! yr winning in the breeding stakes so far paul, ironic considering u didnt intend to keep any! lol

There was someone who had a breeding pair and she actually got one oscar to grow and survive (i think she called it nemo). She then had another batch of eggs and got some more wrigglers, i either cant remember what happened after that or i went travelling (i didnt post for about 4 months)
