Welcome to our community. Okay, we will need you to provide test results for water tests, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and the pH. A photograph would also be very helpful.

Have you got some testing kits? We recommend the liquid tests rather than the strips. You can buy individual testing kits, or you can buy a master kits which has them all. To be quite honest, anyone who keeps fish should automatically have one of these kits at their disposal.

Could you also tell us how big your tank is, and what sort of filtration you are using.

If you can get back to us with some information, I'm sure we can try and help you.

I thought he may have been dead for a sec so i tried to poke him and he swam off.
He must have been sleeping , it is albino so what would cause his red marks to make him plain white?

how did you introduce the fish to the new tank?
how long did it take to get the fish home?
was the the trip home a bumpy one?
did you allow for the water temp from bag to tank to adjust or put it straight in?
have you cycled the tank before putting the fish in?

I am guessing shock from the move. I see this was posted 4hrs ago, how is it now?

The thing that worries me is that the fish is upside down, although im unsure what you mean when you say he is 'upside down whilst been attached to the plant). If he is truely upside down, this points to a swim bladder problem. Swim bladder problem are serious and often terminal. This would off been something he had when you bought him, so i would return him to the shop. alternatively you can buy some swim bladder treatments but they are not always successful.
Can you post a pic

i took him back and got a new baby, which is acting regular, the tank is cyled and the car trip is about 15 minutes.

the owner said that that oscar was very old and should not have been sold as it was16 years

lol, dont you love that stuff? although such a large fish might have been a slight red flag. I prefer babies as they can be tamed and trained a bit. I have had one since he was a baby and hes great.. adopted once to gt him healhy and he was even trying to eat the thermometer.
