I just got a new O. With another O inside the tank. Both are males, and they have been fighting back and forward. So much that the upper lip of the new O started tearing. At the moment, it tear so much that you could see his teeth. They are both healthy and both eating normally.

How big is the tank? With 2 males there might be no other option but rehoming, although tank size can be a big factor regardless.

put a glass divider in, one each side. wait 2 weeks, then take the divider out. If they still fight really bad then you have no choice but to rehome one

or if bullying continue, use a grate divider so that water will not be restricted in
one side only... and you can keep them together for a longer period of time
