2 oscars and 1 jack d in tank...?

They where fine until my jack d has grown now he has a bit of an attitude..

He seems to be bullying the 2 oscars.

Should i get rid of him or persevere..?

jack dempsey's are usually compatible with oscars, if anything i would've thought that the oscars would be bullying the jack d.

i had a fancy goldfish in my tank and it bullied the Oscars for a day or two but things seemed to work out. I woke up one day and there was no goldfish. Now you have to ask your self is it worth taking that chance?

goldfish are carp and carp can live in a wide range of water temperatures.

I would stick with your fish for a while but keep a close eye on things and if your oscars start getting injured badly or the oscar is hiding away all the time then its time to separate

Jd's are named after a boxer and that was with good reason, they were really aggressive. However having spoken to lots of people about them it seems they are not as aggressive these days, maybe because it has been bred out of them. Saying that all fish are different and JD's are more likely to be aggressive than oscar.
