have you actually checked the ammonia and nitrite? Are they both zero and no higher? If this is the case, I don't think you will benefit from adding something like stress zyme.occasionally, you can get cloudy water develop. Have you given the gravel a clean? Occasionally when you clean gravel, nutrients can be released into the water which can make the water go cloudy. I would suggest that you keep testing the water for ammonia and nitrites. I would suggest that you feed extremely sparingly until the water is completely clear. Without knowing exactly what's happened to your tank, it's very difficult to establish why this has happened. Occasionally when people add new fish, the water can go cloudy because the filter has to catch up.
So, if you could tell us your ammonia and nitrite readings, we can go from there. If you do have ammonia nitrite present, just do a small water change every day until things go back to normal. It might take a few days for the cloudiness to dissipate.

hi ofl thatnks for the reply, yh when i took my oscar back to the shop to trade him in for 2 smaller ones they checked the water and they sed nitrite was fine and so was the ammonia it was purple and he sed no need to panic and then he tested the ph it was 6 so he told me to get some PH BUFFER????? which i did so, but apart from the cloudy water i rekon its wear i cleaned both pads in both filters which i then only left 1 filter with the beneficial bacteria untouched so i rekon its a bloom???????? wat ya fink OFL?????? why wont stress zyme work????
but i do think its clearing as you can see now on this pic have a look for me ofl i think its clearer than the other pics i showed you,

When you clean a filter in tank water you only clean it, you dont kill all the good bacteria.

If you tank clears up after a day then it is likely you just disturbed the gravel and that is where the cloudyness came from. Do you clean the gravel regular
