welcome to the site.

can you give a little more info on your setup like tank size, filtration, how long you've ahd your tank setup, size of o's and water parameters (ammonia nitrite and nitrate).these are important in helping identify what your problem might be.
Warning..I will offend you at some point!!!

I've seen this quite a few times, in fact the first Oscars I ever got developed a slight film over one of their eyes. In fact, it was only a couple of weeks ago that one of our members posted a question about this subject.

Obviously I haven't seen your Oscars so I couldn't be absolutely sure what it is. However, it does sound like what I have already mentioned. If this is the case, I don't really think you have anything to worry about. When my Oscars have it, after a few days, it peeled off rather like if you had a piece of glue stuck to your skin. I think it's probably caused by stress, or maybe the change in water conditions, I really don't know. Just keep an eye on it, and keep your fingers crossed that is what I am talking about. If however it starts getting worse and the eye looks like there is definitely a problem, get back to us with some photos please.
