your fish is not looking to good. for help we will need as much info as you can give us. Is there any chance you can add some more pics as the one you have is not very clear. photo bucket is the best way to add pics and there is info on the site on how to use. 2nd can you tell us what the fungus looks like, texture?? Fluffy? raised? we will need to know what you have used to treat so far how long ago?? as this will affect your next treatment. Last can you provide water test result for ammonia, nitrite, nitrates,PH(please give result and not just say its fine) and tank size to fish ratio as this may be of help too in provention in the future. it may seem a lot of info but we are at the other end of a computer and cant see the fish. This will give us a clear idea as to why and what to do. Thanks hope we can help.

Ok just found your other post. so you have 100g plus 10g hospital. treated fish 3wks ago but it came back. what was the treatment and did it clear up with this treatment.you also have high PH, if you can give some answers to the above as best you can i am sure you will get the right help.

i've tried to add pics but it won't let me. so i put her on avatar. i am still trying to get more pics up. as fas as water condition I have very high nitrate and very hard water. pH level a little on the acidic side ,amonia is good, alkalinity is moderate at 80. nitrate reading in the 200 range. i treated her in a 10 tank for appx. three weeks until meds were gone. i used maracyn fungus med. it came in the powder packets. she is still active but not as aggressive as she used to be. there are two feeder gold fish in there with her that she never ate. one is over a year and the other a year. i am getting rid of those two very soon though. i believe they may be stressing her out. i will work on the pics some more. thanks
oh yeah. the fungus seem to be little divots. whiteish grey. not real "fluffy"

we will still need more info and pics but i have tried to look at the pic you have put up (left)and I am thinking It looks like damage when a fish comes into contact with cholrine. Are you treating the water when you do water changes?? this is only a guess from me as the pic is bad and i cant see much.there seems to be some form of holes is this correct. you never said if the treatment that you tried before helped clear it up. As far as your nitrates are concerned they are way to high and any problem you have will come back if you dont do some water changes.Nitrates need to be below 40%. Around 20% is perfered.I would do a 30% water change every other day antill conditions improve...any chance you can put the acual reading you got when testing ammonia, nitrite.
PS when you post a pic, post it here under this "please help" post as anyone helping can read and look at the pic.

can you post actual reading for your ammonia and nitrites. as stated already a nitrate reading of 200 is way to high. also can you tell us how big your tank is what kind of filtration you have and what tankmates you might have in there with him
Warning..I will offend you at some point!!!
