Please give us some more info, cloudy eyes could be any number of things. Popeye, Saprolegnia, or flukes, just to name a few. I would recomend telling us your water parameters (ammonia, nitrate, nitrite and pH) and then posting a clear picture of your fish.

In any event, however, a water change can't hurt, since many ailments lead back to poor water conditions.

basically, art is right. most fish illnesses, start from poor
water condition. in same way that "pristine water is the first
and foremost defense against any fish illnesses", supported by
varied good foods.

from where you bought it maybe suffering for poor water condition
already. how long have you establish your tank? any tank mate?
size of your tank? Filtration size and type?

we can only help you if you help us with those info.

I have my tank for 3years. In my tank i have 6 oscars,1 gaint courami(45cm big),1 tinfoil(sold the other 2 for the oscars),1 red tail cat fish and 2 plecostumos.My tank is a 650liters tank and have 1 pump(cascade witch pump 1400/hour).
I chance my water every 2weeks and clean my tank every month
Any advice are welcome

your tank works out to be about 145 imp gallons. unfortunetly this is too small to comfortably house 6 oscars and tankmates.
also you only do a water change every 2 weeks and clean it every month. how big of a water cahnge do you do? also do you have live plants in your tank?
and finally could you post your water readings ammonia nitrites and nitrates. these answers will help in deciding on a course of action to take to cure the current problem with your oscars.
but on a best guess scenario i would have to say that you probably have poor water quality in your tank however actual reading are definetly necesarry.
Warning..I will offend you at some point!!!

how big are your oscars now? as necro had said, 145 IMP gal or 168 US gal tank is not big enough for 6 oscars plus tanksmates. regular water change plus good filtration helps you cope up with the loads of your stock for the meantime. however, the end result is that "presently, you have some issue on health". (oscar should grow around 15 inches long minimum in 2 years).

without knowing your water parameters, this is the sensible thing to do,..... keep water change regularly.
