hi folk i am new to here so if i make mistakes plz forgive me,i have had a oscar fish for 2yrs now and recently he has developed a white round patch on his side just about the size of a 2pence wonder if any one knows what this could be or what i need to do to remedy thanx:(

First we need some info. Such as your water parameters (ammonia, nitrIte, nitrAte, pH). Second, we really need a picture to help identify the problem you oscar has. This could be anything from a fungal infection, HLLE, to a heater burn.

In the meantime, do a 30% water change.
