I noticed this fuzz on my oscars fin and it spread a little more after a few days but i don't know what to do?

He does look i'll. If it were me, i'd do a big 50% water change, check ur water parameters, make sure Ammonia and Nitrite are at zero and ur nitrates aren't thru the roof.

are you refering to the last picture?
if you did, no... it is not a fin rot... it is a new membrane of growing fins..
the wound in the head is healing nicely too...

I concur with DRACO... not finrot. Also not hole in the head, but instead a good gash on the noggin that , as stated is healing over nicely. Just keep in mind that the vast majority of fish ailments are due to poor water quality. The way to avoid and/or make gone is clean water. A cichlid in a suitable sized tank, with plenty of clean water and on a quality diet will almost never get sick.
