They look a bit like the Flathead planerian, but I couldn't be absolutely certain. Normally these parasites are completely harmless. However they do thrive on uneaten food. In high numbers they can be difficult to eradicate. But it looks as though they are very sparse in your aquarium so the best thing you can do is just take them out when you find them. Just keep an eye on your feeding regime, make sure there's nothing left in the tank for these things to feed on. I know that's easier said than done, but you're better off feeding your Oscar sparingly for the next two weeks rather than feeding these parasites as well.

I have had those before too but a few years ago. Regular wc and cleaning the gravel removes them besides OFL advice about feeding.

There's a product used to kill worms from salifert too that might be effective.

Please be careful how you clean the tank. Can I assume that you didn't completely wash all your filter out?
