hello and welcome to the site!!! before we can help you we need to know a few things such as size of the tank, tank mates, water parameters (ie: ammonia nitrates nitrites ph) without these it's difficult for us to help you also a picture of the fish would be really helpful too if you have one

eyes are very sensitive part of the fish. exposure to
bad elements will make it blurred. same is true when it
hit something hard....

as the others had suggested,,, water parameters is needed
to zero in the cause and know why?
