Does he have holes in his head? Could you pllease post a picture so we know what you mean.. Also how big is your oscar, what size is your tank and what are your water peramiters. When we know these things we can help you more...

yes he has holes and blodie holes i had always oscar since i was 10 years old nver had this problem the funny thing he is about 10 inch big he was with another oscar about 8 inch big and he kill the 8 inch oscarand 2 months later his having this problem but since he kill the other oscar he is not eating well and since he has this holes hes not eating at all

are they holes like Hole in the head disease or like he is running into something?

i took al the rocks thinking this happeng going after the goldfish that was hiding in the rokcs but from 2 months ago he's being very strange fish

That looks awful, I have never seen anything like that. I have no idea what to tell you. Please check back after one of the moderators is here and can help more.

Have you tested your water? How big is your tank?
What do you have in there for decorations?

i have tested the water but i have change and replace filter and gravel

Is it possible he is rubbing up against the rocks? do you know what your water peramiters are?
