My oscar is showing signs of HITH. I was wondering, besides tank maintenance, what supplements to get and where to get them? The Oscar is about 8 inches, he is in a 45 gallon tank and shares it with a Raphael catfish. His food consists mainly of "TetraCichlid" Cichlid Sticks and an occasional Krill shrimp.

I would focus on tank maintenance, and your tank is not near big enough for your stock... An Oscar alone will need a minimum of 55 gallons, some say 75 gallons... If you are keeping both fish, I would find a 75 gallon in a hurry... You should also keep a very close eye on your water peramitors... Can you post them please? Also what filters are you running?

i have to agree with nicki.... your tank is way to small for your stock and your not doing enough maintenence to offset it... you will find if you get a bigger tank and keep prestine water conditions the hith with go away
