may we know if your pond is a mud bottom or concrete?
many factors could affect your fishes. we should take]
a look why and how it happen to save the rest.

i am not an expert but i had 7 years of pond caring for
milk fish, tilapia, king crabs, prawns, and shrimps.
mud bottom and concrete could have two different factors.

if your tank had been existing for quite sometime, it will not
have concrete acid poisoning. however, if it is relatively new,
it is possible.

as requested by others, water parameters are essential to narrow
down the causes. ammonia and nitrite could have been the culprit
or wrong feeding.....

my 14 inches o died when my son fed it with chicken giblet. it
didn't digested resulting to sudden death (1 week after feeding).

As Paul mentioned if the pond is new, it could be poisoning the water. But if it's the problem, your fish won't last this long according to my experience. So i don't think it's the problem you have.

as said with a new concrete pond you need to remove all water by mass water change after a month( thats all the water) to remove lime/acid. the new water needs to the be left for a month or more with the pump/ filters running. did you do this??? again if yes a water test is needed. if no there lays your problem
