hey guys ...just did a few tests and found nitrate is at 5.0 ????
will regular water changes fix this problem ???? cheers all !

if you are sure it is a nitrate, you don't need to fixed any thing. that
is just perfect. what you need to check is ammonia and nitrite which should
always be zero.
