There are lots of white dots floating randomly in my tank however none of my fish have white dots on them?
Is it ick?

How many in the tank can you see? Stupid question, you sure you're not small oxygen bubbles?

ICK or white spot would be on the fish so no you dont have white spot. As OFL says are you sure its not air bubbles or maybe small particles in the tank

They arent water bubbles no, btw they are always all over my fish, does that annoy them? My oscar was spitting them out, he was picking something from inbetween the gravel and spitting out white little dots, is it left over food?

Are they on your fish or just over it? Can you post a pic please

It may be waste in the gravel, do you clean your gravel? If you dont get a gravel cleaner and clean the gravel every 3 weeks or so
