i'v got a new oscar floating in the bag I just bought him in in my tank to try to equilize the water temp but he seems to be breathing hard what so I do, dump him and risk it or let him sufficate he's only been in the bag for a half hour and in the bag in my tank for 5 mins

He is stressed because he is in the bag. Given that you posted this 19 mins ago i think you should be ok to release him, he will hide away and be shy for a few days. Good luck with your fish

I dumped him in after 15mins he seems to be freaking out he's swimming a hundred miles an hour all around the tank is that normal

Your oscar is panicking, dont worry, as long as your water is good he will be ok, he just needs some time to settle down
