Kindly guide me why ich attack is frequent on oscar.

hi welcome to the site.

ich or ick attack is always related to water issue and can be eradicated
without any medication. just make sure the water is in good condition and
raised the temp to 80 to 83 deg F for 10 days and it will be gone. however
you need a good aeration on this time to supplement oxygen dissolve when
warm.

can you provide us you water parameters: ammonia? nitrite? nitrate? pH?
tank size, feeding regiment, and filtration size?
