What is your PH?

As long as your PH is stable, you don't need to worry!

low, perfect, and high is no use to us. we need figure.
pH from 6 to 8 is acceptable as long as it is stable....
meaning doesn't fluctuate that much on a day to day basis.
if the limestone is not treated nor cured, it will make your
tank acidic.

7.6 is not bad...just don't let the nitrates go beyond 40ppm
for too long. if ever did reach that point, large water change is
a must without disturbing the filtering system.

limestone isn't a good rock for your aquarium and will affect the PH. I would remove it and find something better.

meaning do not clean or replace your filtering system.... some
people do clean the filter when they change water.. or replace it...

yes that was my reply about limestone...im not sure if your geodes are limestone but this rock does raise pH....mine is also 7.6 wich is just fine...dont worry..also driftwood lowers pH. i have a texas holey rock and it only slightly raised my pH.
7.6 is o.k.
