Before we can help you you are going to need to test your water for ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and pH. I strongly suspect that your water conditions are not really very good, that is why your fish are having problems. If you haven't got a test kit, you will have to get one, will take a sample of water to your fish store and get them to test it for you. I must say that your tank is only big enough for one Oscar so you are going to have to think about reducing the amount of fish you have got if you want to keep them healthy long-term.
If I was you, I would find a new home for the pacu, they need at least 100 gallons to themselves when they get a lot bigger. We are here to help, but we need more information.
